Zlatan Ibrahimovic is wanted by Atletico Madrid and could make a move for the injured forward according to reports from Spanish outlet AS.
Atletico have a transfer ban which will be lifted in January, the same time in which Ibrahimovic is set to return from his injury.
This makes it perfect timing for the Spanish club, as the Swedish international can continue his rehabilitation at the club and then register in January.
Wherever Ibra has gone, he has been successful.
The forward started off at Ajax and won the Eredivisie. He’s been to Italy, won titles with both Inter and AC Milan. He went to Barcelona, and won the La Liga. France and Paris Saint Germain followed, winning four league titles whilst he was there, and then he came to England. He won three trophies, including the Europa League. However one thing he has failed to win is the Champions League.
With being a free agent and his track record in which he holds, it is a very exciting prosect and something in which Atletico could be persuaded into doing.
