Chelsea are nearing in on their first summer signing, Tiemoue Bakayoko from AS Monaco.
The midfielder is valued at around £35m, and that will potentially start a chain of signings from the Premier League champions.
Reports out of France suggest the midfielder will travel to England this week to complete a medical and finalise personal terms.
Bakayoko was a stand out player last season for Monaco in Ligue 1, making 25 appearances for the club.
Chelsea have won the race to sign the 23 year old over teams like Manchester United.
However, the deal to bring the defensive midfielder to Stamford Bridge could be on hold after Bakayoko posted a photo on his Instagram story.

This will add fuel to the fire in Nemanja Matic’s Chelsea future after being linked with Manchester United and Juventus.
